Eurochocolate!
This weekend I went to the chocolate festival in Perugia, and it was absolutely delicious! There were so many different kinds of chocolate as well as a Holiday Bazaar that was selling everything from chocolate shaped phone cases to chocolate themed toasters. One of the booths was selling literal melted hot chocolate and it was so rich I could only take a few sips at a time. Perugia is close enough to Arezzo that I was able to attend the festival as a day trip, which was perfect because I was exhausted. Who knew eating chocolate would be so tiring? If you ever get the chance (and you love chocolate), Perugia’s Eurochocolate festival is not one to miss!
P.S. Yes, the truffle tray is in the shape of Italy

This past Monday we got the opportunity to meet with students from our neighboring school Oklahoma University. While I love everyone here at the Accademia, after a month and a half it is nice to be able to have friends other than the 14 other students at this school. They were equally as excited to meet us as we were to meet them. Not only that, but we got to celebrate the upcoming Halloween holiday by carving pumpkins which was a lot of fun, and something I have not done in a long time.
